A 5-gram syringe of 50,000-mesh diamond polishing paste in a water-soluble carrier. The grit is positioned in the manufacturer's grit ladder between 14,000 and 100,000 mesh polish stages.
Diamond paste is applied to a felt, leather, or phenolic polishing buff. The water-soluble carrier allows clean-up with shop water and does not leave a durable residue on the lap.
